COMMUNITY UPDATE

Celebration’s Executive Director, Steve Waring, has been promoted by CCMC to Vice President. In his new role, he will oversee several CCMC-managed communities in the Eastern Division.  He will serve as a mentor and trainer to the community managers, ensuring the company’s philosophy of excellent customer service is integrated within all of these communities.

For nearly six years, Celebration’s Boards of Directors have relied upon Steve’s expertise in strategic planning, community relations, and smart growth. His knowledge, skills, and network have allowed us to prepare for a successful future.

“We congratulate Steve on his well-earned promotion, Steve has been a vital contributor to the Celebration community” noted CROA Board President, Brian Kensil.  “We are very pleased with the progress we have made during his tenure and are pleased that in his new capacity, Steve will continue to be available to us as a trusted consultant. Steve, we thank you for all the impactful work you have done for our community.”

Steve will assume his new role on a full time basis once a successor has been hired and trained. A national search for Celebration’s new Executive Director has already begun, and the CROA Board will keep you informed on

the process. The Celebration community will benefit from being able to rely on both the talents and skills of the new Executive Director, as well as Steve’s continuing efforts to maintain CCMC’s customer service and dedication to the community.

I am very pleased with our accomplishments and very grateful for the close relationships we have formed.”
